Shipping, Refunds & Returns
Shipping
All of the products on RedDirtEmporium.com are available for shipping via UPS. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be notified via email that the product has shipped. Included in the email will be the UPS tracking code for your package that will allow you to track the package's progress.
We currently ship anywhere that UPS travels.
We use UPS rates, a variable of location and total package weight, to determine our shipping costs. All of our weights includes handling and packaging.
We also have an in store pick up option, located in Oklahoma City's Bricktown district at Oklahoma's Red Dirt Emporium. Please see our About page for details about our store hours and location. In store pick up is limited to billing addresses with Oklahoma listed as the state.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you decide that you do not want the products that you purchased through RedDirtEmporium.com, we will accept returns within seven days of receiving the products. You will receive a refund for any unopened or damage-free products, minus the cost of shipping.
Any products purchased online may be returned to our store location in Downtown Oklahoma City within seven days. If a product arrives damaged, we want to know about it. A refund or replacement will be made, per customer's request.
All refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If the product was a gift, refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
